Psychological Well-being Day – Mental Health First Aid Training
As a part of Mason’s third Spring Into Well-Being campaign, Kathleen Clare, College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) and Anchal Khanna, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) are providing a Mental Health First Aid training to facilitate conversation surrounding mental health.

This 8-hour training will be split into two 4-hour sessions. You must attend both days (April 7th and 8th) from 11 am until 3 pm. The sessions will be held in Research Hall 162.
